For a total $505.00 as Price Angels has their "standard free shipping".
At the time of this post it is June 25th, 2012, over three months since I placed and paid for the order. To date I have not received my order! It has been three and a half months since I made the purchase and Price Angels has done absolutely nothing to help me whatsoever in obtaining my order.
After the order was placed I waited a week before checking the tracking number provided by Price Angels. It took me a few tries at Chinese shipping company to determine the company they were using was Hong Kong post which then hands over packages to the U.S. Post Office.
I ran the number through the U.S. Postal Service and found that my package had arrived the day before in New York. I waited another week and still no package. I contacted Price Angels many times over the last three months because the tracking then stated that the order was undeliverable as addressed. I know my address and I know I did not make any mistake whatsoever.
In my vain attempt to get my product I even told Price Angels I would drive to New York and pick up the package myself. Price Angels stated they did not have the package, but that the package was at the Post Office. I contacted the Post Office about this and according to them - and the tracking number - the item was returned to sender. I asked where the return to sender was, but the Post Office could not give me the exact details, only that it was in New York.
New York? How could the original sender be in New York if the item was shipped from China? So the package shipped from New York to another New York address and was then returned undeliverable.
Since the time the package was returned to the sender I have also tried in vain to get my money back from Price Angels. Price Angels continues to tell me that they are on it and I'll get my refund shortly, minus the shipping cost. It has been over 45 days since the package was first shown as "returned to sender" and I still have no refund.
As a matter of fact price angels also closed my online "user" account with them so I can not email them within their system. Emailing them outside of the system results in no more responses.
I was sitting on this dead for sometime now licking my wounds when I cam across a few other forum entries of other people who had also been taken by Price Angels. Those forum posts asked of people like myself who have been screwed over by PriceAngels to let others know so that hopefully it will stop.
I, like the others who have begun posting ask that if Price Angels has screwed you over please let others know.
1. Immediately contact your credit card issuing company and let them know you believe they have committed credit card fraud.
2. Contact you local post office and let them know you believe that they have committed Mail Order Fraud.
3. Post to as many blog and forum as your little heart desires - You must let others know!!! If you have the opportunity please create a blog or get a free website and post a page about what happened to you.
